Editorial Board MemberAs an editorial board member, you will be a pillar of our quality assurance process. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial manuscript assessments.
- Managing the double-blind peer review process.
- Providing constructive editorial recommendations.
- Acting as an ambassador for the journal.
As a reviewer, you play a crucial role in evaluating the validity, significance, and originality of manuscripts. We rely on your expertise to:
- Provide objective, critical, and constructive reviews.
- Offer clear, actionable feedback to authors.
- Ensure manuscripts meet rigorous academic standards.
- Complete reviews in a timely manner.
- A Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in management or a related discipline.
- A strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
- Proven experience in the peer review process.
- A strong commitment to publication ethics (COPE).
- Affiliation with a university or research institution.
